Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before they are dispatched, whichever is earlier. To request a cancellation, please email us at hatikvahcare@gmail.com with your Order ID.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a return based on our Return Policy below.
2. Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products (hotel amenities, toiletries), we accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, or past its expiration date.
- The wrong product was delivered.
To initiate a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Please share photos of the damaged/incorrect products along with the invoice to hatikvahcare@gmail.com.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Products that are opened, used, or missing original packaging/tags are not eligible for return. Custom-branded amenities are also strictly non-returnable unless defective.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
