1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines vary based on the destination:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 Business Days
- Rest of India: 5-7 Business Days
- Remote Locations: 7-10 Business Days
3. Shipping Partners
We partner with reliable logistics providers (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees) to ensure timely and safe delivery of your bulk amenity orders.
4. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Bulk Orders & Pallet Shipments
For very large orders or institutional purchases, shipments may be sent via surface transport/pallets. These typically take slightly longer (7-12 days) depending on the volume and destination. Our support team will coordinate these deliveries with you directly.
